- Where does MIKI HOUSE Americas ship?
With Standard Shipment, we ship to all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO/DPO.
With Express Shipment, we ship to all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
- Does MIKI HOUSE Americas ship outside of U.S.A.?
No, we are currently serving only U.S.A. With Standard Shipment, we also ship to US Territories and Military APO/FPO/DPO.
- Can I pick up my order in the store?
No, we are unable to ship your order to our store.
- Can I ship to more than one address?
Unfortunately, your online order can be shipped to only one location. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.
Returns & Exchanges
- How do I return an item I purchased online?
Merchandise purchased on mikihouse-usa.com may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days from the date the item is shipped out from our fulfillment center. Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return. Click here (Return Request) or send an email to email@example.com. You will receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then you may ship the items back at your expense.

- Can I return an item I received as a gift?
Yes, if the item is unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days from the date the item is shipped out from our fulfillment center.

Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser by the original method of payment.

Yes, we have our original gift box for $5.00 including wrapping service. Gift box measures L 7 ¼” x W 9” x D 4”. Click here to add this to your shopping bag.
