Merchandise purchased on mikihouse-usa.com may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days of delivery date.
Return request must be sent before you ship the item for return.
Clearance items, baby bodysuit, baby mittens, baby hat, baby booties, bib, gauze towel, towel, mask, underwear, socks and fortune bags cannot be returned unless they are defective.
[How to return / refund]
- Click here and fill out Order Number and Email address or phone number you used for purchase then follow the instructions and request your return.
- Once we approve your return, you will receive a email with a return label. Follow the instruction in the email for the return procedure.
- Drop the box at USPS office near you. You'll be notified when we receive your return.
- We check the condition of the return. Only if the quality meets our criteria will a return be accepted and refunded within 2-3 working days. You'll be notified via email once the refund is issued.
Return / Refund Policy
- Full-priced merchandise may be returned for refund if the item(s) is resaleable condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags, packages, including shoe box.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
- Fortune bags, e-gift card and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We will not accept any returns without Your Order Number. Returns without Your Order Number may result in no refund.
- MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc. is not responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipping back to the warehouse.
- We accept returns of the items that are purchased on mikihouse-usa.com only.
Merchandise purchased from our boutiques, stores or any other retailers is not returnable in this method. Please contact the store you originally purchased from.
- Refund will be credited in the original payment form. Please allow us 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise at warehouse.
- Shipping & Handling charge of original purchase order will not be refunded.

- Receive the cancellation confirmation email from email@example.com. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk email box or contact the customer service.
