Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Merchandise purchased on mikihouse-usa.com may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days from purchase.

Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return.

How to return

  1. Click here and fill out Order Number, Email address you used for purchase, Return Items, and choose Original Payment Method. Then, submit the return request.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instruction for return procedure.
  3. On the shipping carton, write down Your Order Number near the shipping address. We cannot accept any return for refund without Your Order Number.
  4. Ship by trackable method such as UPS or Fedex at your expense to the following address:

Return Policy

  • Full-priced merchandise may be returned for refund if the item is defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags.
    Return Request must be submitted within 30 days from purchase. Sale or clearance merchandise cannot be returned for refund.
  • E-gift card and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We will not accept any returns without Your Order Number. Returns without Your Order Number may result in no refund.
  • Refund will be credited in the original payment form. Please allow us 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise at warehouse.
  • Shipping & Handling charge of original purchase order will not be refunded.
  • Shipping cost for return is at your expense.
  • MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc. is not responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipping back to the warehouse.
  • We accept returns of the items that are purchased on mikihouse-usa.com only.
    Merchandise purchased from our stores or any other retailers is not returnable in this method. Please contact the store you originally purchased from.

Exchanges

We accept the size exchange. Merchandise purchased on mikihouse-usa.com must be unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days from purchase.

We do not offer the size exchange of different items or items with different price from the original purchase.

Depending on the inventory level, we may not accommodate your request. In this case, we will let you know by email, and your exchange request will be cancelled. You may want to proceed a return instead.

Shipping back the originally purchased product to our warehouse is at your expense. Shipping out the exchanged product from our warehouse to your designated location is at our expense. Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for exchange.

  1. Click here and fill out Order Number, Email address you used for purchase, Return Items, and choose Exchange. Then, submit the return request.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email may be sent out several days after your request. Follow the instruction for exchange procedure.
  3. On the shipping carton, write down Your Order Number near the shipping address. We cannot accept any exchange without Your Order Number.
  4. Ship by trackable method such as UPS or Fedex at your expense to the following address:

We accept cancellation of your order before the following cut off time. After the cut off time, the order will be processed so you cannot cancel.

[How to cancel]

  1. Send an email to customerservice@mikihouse-usa.com Include: (1) order number, (2) full name, (3) email address, (4) phone number. All the information must match the billing information of your order.
  2. Receive the cancellation confirmation email from customerservice@mikihouse-usa.com. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk box or contact the customer service.
