Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return.
Baby bodysuits, pajama and socks cannot be returned unless they are defective.
[How to return]
- Click here and fill out Order Number, Email address you used for purchase, Return Items, and choose Original Payment Method. Then, submit the return request.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instruction for return procedure.
- On the shipping carton, write down Your Order Number near the shipping address. We cannot accept any return for refund without Your Order Number.
- Ship by trackable method such as UPS or Fedex at your expense to the following address:

- Full-priced merchandise may be returned for refund if the item is defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags.
Return Request must be submitted within 30 days from purchase. Sale or clearance merchandise cannot be returned for refund.
- E-gift card and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We will not accept any returns without Your Order Number. Returns without Your Order Number may result in no refund.
- Refund will be credited in the original payment form. Please allow us 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise at warehouse.
- Shipping & Handling charge of original purchase order will not be refunded.
- Shipping cost for return is at your expense.
- MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc. is not responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipping back to the warehouse.
- We accept returns of the items that are purchased on mikihouse-usa.com only.
Merchandise purchased from our stores or any other retailers is not returnable in this method. Please contact the store you originally purchased from.
We offer free size exchanges on online orders. To qualify for a size exchange, merchandise purchased on mikihouse-usa.com must be unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days from purchase.
Size exchange requests must be validated by the shipping confirmation letter from our email. If you ship out the product with the provided shipping label within 5 business days after a return has been issued, we will reserve the product in the new size for you.
Please note that free exchanges can only be offered for first-time requests. Shipping costs for a second exchange is at your expense.
We do not offer exchanges to different items or items with a different price from the original purchased item.
Depending on inventory level, we may not be able to accommodate your request. In this case, we will let you know by email, and your exchange request will be cancelled. You may have to proceed with a return instead.

- After confirming that we have your requested item in stock, we will send you a confirmation and your free shipping label in separate emails. This process may take a few days. If we do not have the size you requested, we will have to reject your request. If your exchange request is rejected, you may send in a new request for a return.
- Please use your shipping label, making sure all items you wish to exchange and your original invoice are in the box before dropping it off at your local USPS.
*Please use your shipping label within 5 business days after you receive it. The label will be cancelled after the 5 days.
- We will ship out your exchange items once we receive your returned items.

- Send an email to email@example.com Include: (1) order number, (2) full name, (3) email address, (4) phone number. All the information must match the billing information of your order.
- Receive the cancellation confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk box or contact the customer service.
