Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Merchandise purchased on mikihouse-usa.com may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days of the date the item is shipped out from our warehouse. Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return.

How to return

[If you already have an account]

  1. Sign In your account.
  2. Click My Returns, then click CREATE NEW RETURN. Choose the order and item(s) you wish to return by clicking the check box.
  3. PRINT LABEL and include in your shipping carton with item(s) you wish to return.
  4. On the shipping carton, write down Your Order Number near the shipping address. We cannot accept any return for refund without Your Order Number.
  5. Ship by trackable method such as UPS or Fedex at your expense to the following address:

[If you purchased as a guest]

  1. Click here or 'Create New Return' under CUSTOMER SERVICE in the footnote. Choose Guest Order, fill out Order Number and Email address you used for purchase, and click NEXT.
  2. Select Package Condition and choose the item(s) you wish to return by clicking the check box. Click SUBMIT REUQEST.
  3. PRINT LABEL and include in your shipping carton with item(s) you wish to return.
  4. On the shipping carton, write down Your Order Number near the shipping address. We cannot accept any return for refund without Your Order Number.
  5. Ship by trackable method such as UPS or Fedex at your expense to the following address:

Return Policy

  • Full-priced merchandise may be returned for refund if the item is defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags.
    Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of the date the item is shipped out from our warehouse. Sale or clearance merchandise cannot be returned for refund.
  • We will not accept any returns without Your Order Number. Returns without Your Order Number may result in no refund.
  • Refund will be credited in the original payment form. Please allow us 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise at warehouse.
  • Shipping & Handling charge of original purchase order will not be refunded.
  • Shipping cost for return is at your expense.
  • MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc. is not responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipping back to the warehouse.
  • We accept returns of the items that are purchased on mikihouse-usa.com only.
    Merchandise purchased from our stores is not returnable in this method. Please contact the store you originally purchased from.

Cancellation

We accept cancellation of your order before the following cut off time. After cut off time, the order will be processed so you cannot cancel.

We do not accept cancellation by phone.

[How to cancel]

  1. Send an email to customerservice@mikihouse-usa.com Include: (1) order number, (2) full name, (3) email address, (4) phone number. All the information must match the billing information of your order.
  2. Receive the cancellation confirmation email from customerservice@mikihouse-usa.com. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk box or contact the customer service.
