Returns & Exchanges


Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Merchandise purchased on may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days of original purchase. Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return.  Click here (Return Request) or send an email to You will receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then you may ship the items back at your expense.

How to return

  1. First, send your Return Request by form ( or send an email to including Purchase Order (PO) number, your email address and SKU number of the item you want to return ).
    PO number and SKU number can be found in the packing slip.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email.  Write down RMA number on your shipping carton near the shipping address.  We cannot accept any return for refund without RMA number.
  3. In your package, include the packing slip with RMA number.
  4. Ship by trackable method such as UPS or Fedex at your expense to the following address:

Return Policy

  • Full-priced merchandise may be returned for refund if the item is defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags.
    Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of the date the item is shipped out from our warehouse.  Sale or clearance merchandise cannot be returned for refund.
  • We will not accept any returns without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Returns without RMA number may result in no refund.
  • RMA will be typically issued within 2-3 business days.
  • Refund will be credited in the original payment form.  Please allow us 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise at warehouse.
  • Shipping & Handling charge of original purchase order will not be refunded.
  • Shipping cost for return is at your expense.
  • MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc. is not responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipping back to the warehouse.
  • We accept returns of the items that are purchased on only.
    Merchandise purchased from our stores is not returnable in this method.  Please contact the store you originally purchased from.
