1. Pre-Orders
   • These Lucky Bags are pre-order items.
   • Pre-orders for the Lucky Bags will begin on Monday, December 22 at 11:00 AM EST.
   • Sales are scheduled to end on January 4, but may close earlier if stock runs out.
   • Quantities are limited.
2. Shipping
   • Orders will begin shipping sequentially from January 5, 2026.
   • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions or unforeseen delays.
   • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
3. All Sales Final
   • No returns, exchanges, partial returns, or cancellations will be accepted for Lucky Bags.
   • Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
4. Assortment of Items
   • Contents may include apparel and/or accessories for any season. Items vary by bag and cannot be selected.
   • Lucky Bag contents may differ from promotional images.
   • Customers agree not to make claims regarding the contents of the Lucky Bag.
   • No adjustments, replacements, or refunds will be granted based on personal preferences, product mix, or sizes.
   • No CHIECO SAKU or GOLD LABEL items will be included.
5. Gift Wrapping
   • Gift wrapping services are not available for Lucky Bags. Items will be shipped as is and will not be placed in gift bags or packaging.
6. Discount Restrictions
   • Coupons or any other promotional discounts cannot be applied to Lucky Bag purchases.

   • Exclusions may apply.
