Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Return Timeframes

  • Within 14 Days of Delivery: If your returned item arrives at our warehouse within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Between 15 and 90 Days of Delivery: If your returned item reaches our warehouse between 15 and 90 days after the delivery date, you will receive a store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Clearance items

  • Baby bodysuits, mittens, hats, booties, bibs, rattles

  • Gauze towels, regular towels, masks

  • Underwear, socks, lunch goods, and lucky bags

  • E-gift cards and gift sets

How to Request a Return

  1. Enter your email address here. A confirmation number will be sent to your email.

  2. Enter the confirmation number to access your order history.

  3. Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  4. Click the "Request Return" button in the upper right corner.

  5. Check the box next to the eligible item(s), select a reason for your return from the dropdown menu, and provide any additional information if needed.

  6. Submit your return request.

After You've Submitted Your Return Request:

  1. Our team will review your request.

  2. You'll receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or declined.

  3. If approved, you will receive an approval email and a separate email with a return shipping label.

  4. Follow the provided instructions to package and ship your item(s) back to us.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Purchase Source: Only items purchased on mikihouse-usa.com are eligible for returns through this method. Items bought from our boutiques, stores, or other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds to the original payment method will be credited within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse.

  • Shipping & Handling Fees: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Free Returns: Subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please act immediately as our orders are processed quickly. We can accommodate cancellation requests only if the order has not yet shipped.

    • Order Number

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

  2. Ensure all information matches your billing details.

  3. Await a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder or contact our customer service team.
