Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

At MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc., we proudly ship to all 50 states, including US P.O. Boxes, US Territories, and Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Standard Shipping is free of charge with no minimum purchase required. To ensure prompt delivery:

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 6 AM ET, Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays), are processed on the same day after credit validation. Orders received on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once processed, your order typically arrives within 3-8 business days via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Important Note: All shipping times are based on U.S. Eastern Time. Please be aware that inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continually exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.


Signature Requirements

For orders exceeding $500, a recipient’s signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. If no one is available to sign after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be canceled. If you prefer not to require a signature for an order over $500, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mikihouse-usa.com prior to shipment to discuss available options.

Please note that your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations, which means items may arrive in separate packages.
