Refunds and Adjustments

If a purchase made using a promotion is refunded, the promotion may be voided, or the discount amount may be subtracted from the refund at the discretion of MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc.
Items purchased before specific promotional periods are not eligible for price adjustments.

Rewards Club 10% Points Back Promotion

  1. Promotion Period: August 11 - 24, 2026
  2. Offer:
    • Earn MIKI HOUSE Rewards Club points worth 10% of the merchandise subtotal on qualifying purchases made at mikihouse-usa.com or at a MIKI HOUSE USA retail store.
    • For example, a $100 qualifying purchase earns 500 points, equivalent to $10 in rewards. Every 50 points equals $1 in rewards.
    • During the promotion period, this promotional rate replaces the standard points normally earned based on membership tier. Promotional points are not awarded in addition to standard tier points.
  3. How to Participate:
    • Online: Simply complete your purchase at mikihouse-usa.com. No coupon code or additional registration is required.
    • In Store: Provide the store staff with the email address associated with your MIKI HOUSE USA account at checkout.
  4. Exclusions: Points are not awarded on the purchase of gift cards, shipping & handling fees, or sales tax.
  5. Returns and Refunds:
    • If all or part of a qualifying purchase is returned or refunded, the corresponding promotional points will be deducted from your points balance.
    • If your points balance is insufficient to cover the deduction, the cash value of the shortfall (50 points = $1) will be deducted from your refund amount.
  6. General Terms:
    • The offer is valid only during the stated promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively.
    • MIKI HOUSE reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
