  6. Refunds and Adjustments

    • If a purchase made using a promotion is refunded, the promotion may be voided, or the discount amount may be subtracted from the refund at the discretion of MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc.
    • Items purchased before specific promotional periods are not eligible for price adjustments.

Lucky Bag 2025

  1. Pre-Order and Shipping:
    • These Lucky Bags are pre-order items. They cannot be combined with other products in a single shipment. Each order will be shipped separately, even if you place multiple orders.
    • Lucky Bags will be shipped directly from Japan starting January 6. Delivery times may be affected by international shipping conditions and the holiday season.
  2. All Sales Final:
    • No returns, partial returns, or exchanges will be permitted.
    • Once the order is placed, cancellations are not possible.
  3. Assortment of Items:
    • Except for designated limited-edition items, all other contents are a surprise. Customers may not request specific items.
    • Customers agree not to make claims regarding the Lucky Bag contents. No adjustments, replacements, or refunds will be granted based on personal preferences, product mix, or sizes.
    • The Lucky Bag may contain apparel suitable for Fall, Winter, and Spring. Tights, spats, or leggings may be included. However, aside from any included limited-edition bags, other accessories are generally not included.
    • Lucky Bag contents may differ from promotional images.
  4. No Gift Wrapping:
    • Gift wrapping services are not available for Lucky Bags.
  5. Discount Restrictions:
    • Coupons, MIKI Money, or other promotional discounts cannot be applied to Lucky Bag purchases.
    • Lucky Bag purchases cannot be combined with the Gift with Purchase promotion or other offers.
  6. Additional Exclusions:
    • No Double_B or HOT BISCUITS brand items will be included.
    • Other exclusions may apply at the discretion of MIKI HOUSE.

  • This offer is valid from December 5, 2024 to December 24, 2024, or while supplies last.
  • You will receive one plushie for each purchase of $250 or more at the Tangam, Plaza stores and mikihouse-usa.com.
  • Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.

    • "MIKI Money" cannot be transferred, resold, or combined with other coupons or promotional offers, including reward points.
    • "MIKI Money" cannot be applied to already-discounted products, clearance/sale items, fortune bags, gift cards, gift wrapping, gift sets, special orders, or taxes.
  2. Validity:
    • "MIKI Money" is valid for use on future purchases between January 14 and April 30, 2025.
  3. Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Purchases made with "MIKI Money" are only eligible for refunds in "MIKI Money." Cash refunds will not be issued.
    • Unused balances of "MIKI Money" cannot be carried forward or credited.
