  6. Refunds and Adjustments

    • If a purchase made using a promotion is refunded, the promotion may be voided, or the discount amount may be subtracted from the refund at the discretion of MIKI HOUSE Americas, Inc.
    • Items purchased before specific promotional periods are not eligible for price adjustments.

Lucky Bag Promotion

  1. Pre-Orders
    • These Lucky Bags are pre-order items.
    • Pre-orders for the Lucky Bags will begin on Monday, December 22 at 11:00 AM EST.
    • Sales are scheduled to end on January 4, but may close earlier if stock runs out.
    • Quantities are limited.
  2. Shipping
    • Orders will begin shipping sequentially from January 5, 2026.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions or unforeseen delays.
    • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
  3. All Sales Final
    • No returns, exchanges, partial returns, or cancellations will be accepted for Lucky Bags.
    • Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  4. Assortment of Items
    • Contents may include apparel and/or accessories for any season. Items vary by bag and cannot be selected.
    • Lucky Bag contents may differ from promotional images.
    • Customers agree not to make claims regarding the contents of the Lucky Bag.
    • No adjustments, replacements, or refunds will be granted based on personal preferences, product mix, or sizes.
    • No CHIECO SAKU or GOLD LABEL items will be included.
  5. Gift Wrapping
    • Gift wrapping services are not available for Lucky Bags. Items will be shipped as is and will not be placed in gift bags or packaging.
  6. Discount Restrictions
    • Coupons or any other promotional discounts cannot be applied to Lucky Bag purchases.
  7. Additional Exclusions
    • Exclusions may apply.

Cyber Monday Promotion

For a limited time, earn 40% back in reward points on eligible purchases.

Campaign Period: From December 1, 2025, to December 3, 2025 (PST).

Offer Details:

  • During the promotion period, every eligible purchase earns points equal to 40% of the merchandise subtotal (e.g., a $100 purchase earns 2,000 points; 50 points = $1 in rewards).

  • Point Calculation Rule: Points are earned on the order subtotal after any other discounts are applied, and before taxes and shipping fees. During this promotional period, the standard Rewards Club base points normally earned based on tier status will not apply. Instead, all members will earn points at the promotional rate of 40%. 

  • Where to Shop: This promotion is valid at mikihouse-usa.com only. Purchases made at physical stores (New York Plaza Store, Tangram Store, etc.) are not eligible.

Point Granting:

  • Points earned from this Cyber Monday promotion are scheduled to be credited to your account on January 5, 2026. 

  • You will not see these points in your balance immediately after purchase.

Redemption & Usage:

  • Points cannot be used to purchase Lucky Bags or Gift Cards.

  • Standard reward point terms and conditions apply to the usage of points.

Returns and Refunds:

  • If a qualifying purchase is returned or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

  • If you have already used the earned points prior to returning the item, your point balance may result in a negative value.

  • In the case of a refund, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

General Terms:

  • This offer cannot be combined with other special promotions unless otherwise stated.

Rewards Club 10% Points Back Promotion 

  1. Promotion Period: October 8, 2025 – October 21, 2025.
  2. Offer: During the promotion period, every qualifying purchase made at mikihouse-usa.com or at our company-operated retail store earns points equal to 10% of the merchandise subtotal (e.g., a $100 purchase earns 500 points; 50 points = $1 in rewards).  During this promotional period, the standard Rewards Club base points normally earned on qualifying purchases based on tier status will not apply. Instead, all Rewards Club members, regardless of tier, will earn points exclusively at the promotional rate of 10% of the merchandise subtotal.
  3. Exclusions: Points are not awarded on the purchase of gift cards, shipping & handling fees, or sales tax.
  4. Eligibility: Open to all MIKI HOUSE Rewards Club members, regardless of tier status. No coupon code is required; bonus points are applied automatically.
  5. Returns & Adjustments: If all or part of a qualifying purchase is returned or refunded, the corresponding bonus points will be deducted from your Rewards Club balance.
  6. General: Offer valid only during the stated dates and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions. MIKI HOUSE reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.

  1. This offer is valid from Sep 17th to Sep 30th, 2025.
  2. Only one giveaway is offered per purchase of $300 or more, and it will be automatically applied to the order if it qualifies.
  3. The offer can be applied at https://mikihouse-usa.com, the MIKI HOUSE Tangram store and the Plaza store.
  4. The offer cannot be applied to purchases made before the offer period.
  5. The offer is available while supplies last.
  6. Exclusions may apply.

Instead, all Rewards Club members, regardless of tier, will earn points exclusively at the promotional rate of 15 % of the merchandise subtotal.
  3. Exclusions: Points are not awarded on the purchase of gift cards, shipping & handling fees, or sales tax.
  4. Eligibility: Open to all MIKI HOUSE Rewards Club members, regardless of tier status. No coupon code is required; bonus points are applied automatically.
