You can earn points by completing actions listed in your rewards lancher. Just click on “Rewards Club” button on the bottom of pages to see the list of activities available for you to take part.

To reach a higher tier, you need to make a certain amount of purchases within a one-year period starting from January 1st. For the Double Star, a purchase of $500 is required, and for the Triple Star, a purchase of $1500 is necessary. Once you reach a higher Tier, you will maintain that status throughout the following year.
*If you joined after January 1st, 2024, the amount of purchases are calculated from the date you joined to the membership. It may take several days for the new tier to be reflected. The remaining purchase amount required to reach the new tier may not be accurately reflected on your account page.

Redeeming points is easy. You can convert 500 points into a $10 coupon. Please issue the coupon from the “Rewards Club” button on the bottom of pages. Boost your savings with your rewards! *The maximum point exchange limit is 5000 points ($100 value) at one time.

You can use your points at our company-owned retail store. Simply provide the email address associated with your membership to the sales representative during your purchase. *The maximum point exchange limit is 5000 points ($100 value) at one time.

If there is no activity (earning or using points) within a year, the points will expire and become zero. Points will not expire as long as there is activity within the one-year period.

Points are not earned when purchasing gift cards. However, points will be earned when using a gift card to make a purchase.

The points earned from the returned item will be deducted. If the point balance is insufficient, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for the deducted points.
